How long does installation take?
One to two days. A single-story or two-story front elevation is usually done in one day; full perimeters, multiple gables, and larger homes take two.
Can you see the lights during the day?
Barely. The track is a low-profile aluminum channel color-matched to your fascia or soffit, and the LEDs sit inside it. From the street, most people can’t tell a home has permanent lighting until it’s turned on.

It’s the same category of product — permanent, app-controlled, color-changing LED track under the eave. Are permanent lights worth it compared to seasonal Christmas light installation?
If you plan to stay in your home three years or more, usually yes. How much electricity do they use?
Very little. LEDs draw a fraction of what old incandescent strings did — a typical two-story installation running dusk to dawn costs a few dollars a month at Texas electricity rates.
Will they hold up to Houston heat, humidity, and storms?
Yes. The track is aluminum and the LED modules are sealed and rated for outdoor use; the controller and power supply mount out of the weather. We seal every connection and route wiring so nothing sits where water collects.
Do I need HOA approval?
Usually not for the installation itself — the track is color-matched and low-profile, which is why HOAs tend to prefer it over seasonal clips and cords. Yes. Anything with a roofline or a straight edge can carry track — back patios, pool cabanas, detached garages, and fence lines. Each is measured and priced at $28 per linear foot, and can run on the same controller as the front of the house.
