One to two days. A single-story or two-story front elevation is usually done in one day; full perimeters, multiple gables, and larger homes take two.

Barely. The track is a low-profile aluminum channel color-matched to your fascia or soffit, and the LEDs sit inside it. From the street, most people can’t tell a home has permanent lighting until it’s turned on.

If you’re moving soon or only want lights six weeks a year, seasonal is the better fit and we do that too.

Yes. The system is individually addressable, so you can run warm or cool white for everyday curb appeal, team colors for game day, red-white-and-blue for the Fourth, orange and purple for Halloween, or a soft accent pattern any night — all from the app, with schedules so it runs itself.

Yes. The track is aluminum and the LED modules are sealed and rated for outdoor use; the controller and power supply mount out of the weather. We seal every connection and route wiring so nothing sits where water collects.

Usually not for the installation itself — the track is color-matched and low-profile, which is why HOAs tend to prefer it over seasonal clips and cords. Some communities have guidelines on how long non-holiday colors can run; a warm-white everyday setting is welcome everywhere. We’ll help with any submission your HOA requires.

Yes. Every installation carries the UES Solutions 1-Year Workmanship Warranty on the mounting, wiring, and weatherproofing we perform, in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty on the lights and controller.

No. We set up the app on your phone during the install, build your scenes (say, “Warm White,” “Christmas,” and “Off”), and set a schedule so you rarely have to open it at all. Changing a scene is one tap. If you’d rather, a family member can control it from their phone too.

Yes. A warm-white or cool-white roofline on a dusk-to-dawn schedule lights the front of the house, the driveway, and the entry every night, and makes the house look occupied when you’re traveling. It doesn’t replace motion floodlights, but most customers find they use those far less.
